Maintain the accuracy of your public record. Broker submissions are evidence candidates and are assessed under the same methodology applied to other sources.
Public file principles
These rules apply to every FXVeritas public research page. They are not a ranking.
- Research Confidence is not a safety rating.
- Regulator verified does not mean a broker is safe.
- Unknown does not mean unsafe. Unverified does not mean fraudulent. Unregulated does not automatically mean a scam.
- Protection unknown does not mean no.
- Commercial or affiliate relationships do not change research labels, verification status, Research Confidence, or editorial conclusions.
- FXVeritas does not recommend a broker because data has been verified.
What broker representatives can do
This is an evidence and accountability route, not a paid-placement sales page.
- Correct your public record
Identify a legal entity, licence, corporate fact or source that needs correction and provide the exact affected claim.

Provide regulator records, legal documents, client-protection policies, official notices or other primary evidence.

Report an official website or service-domain change. FXVeritas independently checks continuity and provenance before changing the record.

Commercial proposals use a separate review path and cannot influence research. Activation requires separate legal, disclosure and technical approval.

Discuss future data access or licensing. Public API access is under development and is not currently available.

What cannot be bought
Commercial participation cannot purchase preferential treatment in the public research file.
- Higher Research Confidence, verified status or better broker ordering.
- Favourable regulatory interpretation or preferential source treatment.
- Suppression, demotion or removal of legitimate adverse evidence.
- A guaranteed correction, publication decision or favourable conclusion.
Broker submission firewall
Broker submissions are evidence candidates. Broker origin does not make a document verified.
Submitted material may be independently checked against regulator registers, official documents and other primary sources. Submission does not guarantee publication, correction, verification, a Research Confidence change or removal of adverse evidence.
Evidence review standard
The strongest submissions identify the exact legal entity, jurisdiction, regulator, licence or policy, effective date, affected FXVeritas claim and direct public source.
Marketing statements, screenshots without provenance, expired documents and unsupported assertions are not sufficient by themselves.
