Affiliate disclosure
FXVeritas is an independent broker-intelligence and public-record research project. Commercial activity is kept separate from research conclusions and evidence handling.
Public file principles
These rules apply to every FXVeritas public research page. They are not a ranking.
- Research Confidence is not a safety rating.
- Regulator verified does not mean a broker is safe.
- Unknown does not mean unsafe. Unverified does not mean fraudulent. Unregulated does not automatically mean a scam.
- Protection unknown does not mean no.
- Commercial or affiliate relationships do not change research labels, verification status, Research Confidence, or editorial conclusions.
- FXVeritas does not recommend a broker because data has been verified.
Current public relationship state
FXVeritas does not currently present an active affiliate or sponsored relationship on its public broker profiles. If this changes, the relevant relationship and compensated destination must be disclosed where users encounter it.
The absence of a commercial relationship is not a positive or negative research finding.
What commercial relationships cannot change
Compensation cannot purchase a research outcome or alter the public record. Finder display order is determined by research matching only. Partner status is joined after order is frozen, for CTA and disclosure only.
- Research conclusions, Safety, Research Confidence, or who passes a filter.
- Regulatory interpretation, verification status or source treatment.
- The prominence of evidence, unresolved uncertainty or legitimate adverse findings.
- Publication of a correction, favourable wording or removal of evidence.
Official websites and commercial destinations
An Official Website link identifies the destination recorded as the broker’s official site. It is not, by itself, an affiliate link or recommendation.
A compensated destination must be identified separately, disclosed clearly and prevented from obscuring the official-source path.
Possible future compensation
FXVeritas may in the future receive compensation from disclosed commercial partners through affiliate, referral, advertising, sponsorship, data or similar arrangements.
Affiliate eligibility or compensation does not mean that FXVeritas recommends a broker, considers it safe or has verified every broker statement.
Broker submissions remain evidence candidates
Information supplied by a broker or commercial partner is independently assessed. Submission does not guarantee publication, verification, a profile change, a Research Confidence change, removal of adverse evidence or a favourable conclusion.
Disclosure updates
This disclosure will be updated when commercial practices materially change. A relationship-specific disclosure should also appear at the relevant link or placement.
