These terms describe the intended use and limits of FXVeritas research. They do not invent an operator entity, governing law, forum or legal address.
Public file principles
These rules apply to every FXVeritas public research page. They are not a ranking.
- Research Confidence is not a safety rating.
- Regulator verified does not mean a broker is safe.
- Unknown does not mean unsafe. Unverified does not mean fraudulent. Unregulated does not automatically mean a scam.
- Protection unknown does not mean no.
- Commercial or affiliate relationships do not change research labels, verification status, Research Confidence, or editorial conclusions.
- FXVeritas does not recommend a broker because data has been verified.
Informational research service
FXVeritas publishes broker intelligence, public-record research and evidence-status information for general informational and research use.
FXVeritas is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, payment provider, regulator or agent for a listed broker.
No personalized advice or recommendation
FXVeritas does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice and does not determine whether a broker, product, account or transaction is suitable for a user.
A profile, verified licence, Research Confidence level, official link or absence of a recorded adverse event is not an endorsement, ranking or guarantee of safety.
Public records can change
Legal entities, licences, regulatory actions, protections, websites and trading terms can change. Information may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, unavailable or limited to a particular entity, jurisdiction, date or client class.
Users should inspect cited sources and independently verify current information with the relevant broker and regulator before acting.
External sources and links
External sites are controlled by their respective operators. FXVeritas does not guarantee their availability, security, content, eligibility rules or transactions.
An external link may identify an official source, a reference or a separately disclosed commercial destination. Following it does not create a broker-client relationship with FXVeritas.
Corrections and user submissions
Users must have the right to provide submitted material and must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, confidential or unnecessary personal information.
Corrections, broker responses and documents are evidence candidates. Submission does not guarantee publication, verification, a profile change, a Research Confidence change or removal of adverse evidence.
Appropriate use of site and data
Reasonable quotation with attribution and a link to the stable FXVeritas page is encouraged for reporting and research.
Users must not misrepresent evidence, remove material context, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use the site for unlawful activity. Detailed automated-access and data-licensing terms remain subject to human legal review.
Availability and unresolved legal clauses
FXVeritas may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content or features. No uninterrupted, error-free or complete service is promised.
Legally required operator details, governing law, forum, consumer-law wording and jurisdiction-specific liability provisions require human legal review before final legal approval.
