The scheme distinction is confirmed: eligible investment claims have a limit of £85,000 per person and firm, separate from the £120,000 deposit limit. Deriv's page still names Deriv (FX) Ltd. Its linked certificate records a rename to Deriv Investment Bank (Labuan) Ltd on 4 December 2025, company LL13394. This is a name-change certificate, not a financial licence; current licensing remains unresolved.
