South Africa forex broker entities: FSCA roles and account routes
Understand Exness ZA’s intermediary role, Exness SC’s supplier role and XTB’s stated South Africa route using primary disclosures.

What the evidence says
Exness’s South Africa disclosure separates Exness ZA (PTY) Ltd, an intermediary, from Exness (SC) Ltd, the product supplier and account-registration entity. It also reports SC’s Seychelles licence and South African FSCA ODP authorisation. Separately, XTB’s international intake list includes South Africa. Neither fact makes every group licence applicable to a resident’s account.

An intermediary and a counterparty can be different
Exness ZA says it is not the market maker, product issuer or principal to the trade. Its document identifies SC as product supplier. Our suggested contract check therefore has two lines: who arranges the service, and who owes the obligations under the product contract? A single brand-level regulator field would lose this distinction.

XTB’s country article and international legal footer together document an intake route and a Belize entity. We record that link without translating it into a finding of local authorisation. Before using a cross-border service, obtain the agreement and confirm which regulatory and dispute-resolution framework actually applies to the chosen product.

Does FSCA 51024 identify the Exness trading counterparty?
That FSP number is attributed to the ZA intermediary in the source. The same disclosure assigns the supplier and account-registration roles to SC and separately mentions its FSCA ODP authorisation. Preserve the entity and role alongside each permission.
